This is a memo pad purchased in the former East Germany in the 90s and kept unused. The paper is held between a hard, green board. After use, the screws can be removed to refill the paper, but it's difficult to find suitable paper as the size is neither A6 nor B6, nor photo paper. The holes are the same size as a standard hole punch.
