Needs a cleaning.i'll make sure the system is cleaned before shipping only used a handful times my son bought it n used it 2 times, so I bought it off him so he could get a different system. I used it for a week, and now I'm looking for something a little different. I love it it works wonders n plays hours with a full charge. I'll reset it to factory settings before shipment. Caution this is a smoking house with pets. All items are kept in a closet away from rooms that are used for smoking in but too. Be fair. I'll definitely do a good wash before I send out please ask anything we u leave a negative review. I'll try n fix it. However, I can. Ty so much enjoy
