Apparently inspired by the columnar cabochons of Antonio Pineda, this cuff is stamped "925 Mexico Sterling" and weighs 64g.
Brutalist in spirit, its look is midcentury streamline. Five graduated onyx cabochons line the front, widening from 15 mm to 30mm at center for an impression of grandeur. The sides narrow to a comfortable 9mm then expand again to 15mm adding strength to the clasp. (Note that the clasp curves inward a bit.)
Fit: About 6.5" inside, not adjustable. Best for smaller gals. Photos show my 6-1/4” (16cm) wrist, with a 5-10mm gap that's comfortably loose though the cuff cannot twist around.
Excellent condition with light wear on the silver, no gouges or cuts. Under a loupe, I see no lines or nicks in the onyx. The hinges are stable, with a little play on the stamped side. (Best to hold it in the center, not by the wings.) The clasp clicks crisply and holds steady. With vintage there's no guarantee about longevity, but it feels solid and I see no issues at present
