1994 Inteleg Licensed Exclusive: Spawn the Model Kit (1:6 scale). This model kit is new in the box never opened. The kit contains all vinyl model kit pieces, a large Spawn logo base & instructions. The kit resembles Spawn as drawn by artist & creator Todd McFaralane. Vinyl kits are highly detailed far better than regular plastic kits. Vinyl kits are easy to assemble and fun to paint. This is the first official appearance of Spawn, albeit that of an unpainted model kit sculpted by John Dennet and produced by Inteleg, a Japanese model kit company.

Bonedust (a resident expert in spawn message board) explained that in 1992, the kit was offered with the release of the first comic but it failed to appear.
