This is a beautiful, New, Handmade, custom designed TuTu dress and headband set by TuTu Couture Shoppe.
Style: Winter Wonderland
Size: 2T - 4T
Material: Nylon Tulle, Lined Crochet Elastic Botice, Satin Ribbon, and Crochet Elastic Headband.
Tulle is a combination of shiny tulle in Aqua, white, and light Teal Blue creating an ombre effect, along with White, light Teal and aqua snowflake flocked tulle.
Dress is adorned with an aqua colored satin ribbon that has glittered snowflakes around the waist and on each of the bows.
Skirt measures approx 12" from waist. Each strip is hand knotted.
Bows are also hand sewn.
HAND Wash or GENTLE WASH cycle, MILD SOAP, AIR dry - NO DRYER!
Can use Occasional LOW HEAT Steamer or iron.
